DC Brushless iGVD71 Intelligent Drive, ideally suited to AGV applications

The Technosoft iGVD71 drive is a compact, intelligent, high-performance motor controller that is optimally adapted to the requirements of battery-powered unmanned transport systems (AGVs), autonomous mobile robots and logistics systems. 

With the powerful built-in MotionChip controller™ and the highly flexible TML programming language, coordinated and synchronized motor/drivetrain movements can be achieved. Anti-slip control algorithms are implemented, along with load sharing, to provide active torque distribution between the driving axles.

With a versatile 8kW power output, the iGVD71 can control brushless, brushed DC and stepper motors, offering a nominal output current of 100A.

Feedback signals from various absolute encoders with SSI and BiSS-C interfaces can be accommodated, and there are two STO inputs which meet the SIL3 / Cat3 / PLe category guarantee and provide a high level of safety.
