OEM International AB are pleased to announce the acquisition of ABSSAC Ltd, bringing together two highly respected engineering businesses with complementary expertise, technologies and customer-focused values. The acquisition combines OEM Automatic's expertise in industrial automation, flow control, valves, motors, drives, sensors and control technologies with ABSSAC's extensive knowledge of mechanical power transmission and linear motion systems. Customers of both businesses will benefit from access to a broader product portfolio, enhanced technical support and a wider range of engineering solutions from a trusted partner.

ABSSAC customers will gain access to OEM's extensive portfolio of industrial automation technologies, including valve automation systems, electric and pneumatic actuators, motors and drives, sensors, industrial networking and connectivity solutions, control and safety products, enclosures, power supplies, and machine automation components.
A key benefit of the acquisition is the opportunity to provide more complete engineered solutions.
