Cables

Clynder's Tri-Rated Cables are high-specification, single-core cables designed to comply simultaneously with BS 6231 Type CK (UK), UL 758 (Style 1015, USA), and CSA 22.2 (Canada) standards, making them suitable for a wide range of international electrical applications. Constructed with a flexible Class 5 plain annealed copper conductor, they are insulated with heat-resistant, flame-retardant PVC capable of withstanding continuous operating temperatures of up to 90°C (BS 6231) and 105°C (UL/CSA). The cables are rated for up to 1000V (BS) and 600V (UL/CSA), offering excellent electrical performance along with enhanced fire safety and mechanical protection. They are available in a range of sizes from 0.5mm² to 120mm², providing flexibility for both low and high current requirements.
Clynder’s Tri-Rated Cables are widely used in control panels, switchgear, distribution boards, and industrial machinery, where space constraints and high thermal performance are key considerations. Their triple-standard compliance makes them ideal for OEMs and manufacturers operating across multiple regulatory markets. These cables are especially valued in sectors such as manufacturing, energy, transportation, and data infrastructure, where dependable, internationally approved wiring is essential. The combination of flexibility, flame retardancy, and multi-standard certification ensures that Clynder Tri-Rated Cables deliver safe and efficient performance in even the most demanding electrical environments.
