Our sustainability work

At OEM Automatic, we strive for sustainable development. To achieve sustainable development, we must ensure a balance between driving economic growth, environmental care and social well-being. So, we are following the ‘Global Goals’ initiative – part of the United Nation’s 2030 agenda.

What is the ‘Global Goals’ initiative?

In 2015, many world leaders agreed to a series of Global Goals. These goals aim to tackle associated issues such as poverty, hunger, health, education, gender equality, clean energy, climate action, biodiversity, peace, and many more areas which you can explore here.

We are currently focusing on four global goals, outlined below, and will quantify our results and report regularly according to the protocol and framework.

Ensuring our manufacturers have a sustainable product offering
Requesting environmental information from our manufacturers, such as use of energy, raw materials, harmful substances, and carbon dioxide emissions
Minimising CO2 emissions by offering work-from-home opportunities and promoting public transport
Offering electric company cars and installing EV charging stations at our office
Being certified with the UPS Carbon Neutral and Carbon Offset program, verified by Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS)

Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure

By making efforts to upgrade and innovate, OEM can contribute to creating a functioning and resilient infrastructure. We want to promote sustainable technologies and innovate within our industry, offering new developments for our customers.
