We carry extensive local stock in our Leicester warehouse comprising approximately 8,000 items supported by even larger stock from our parent company's logistics centre in Sweden.
OEM Automatic UK is a part of the OEM International group headquartered in Tranas, Sweden. The companies within this group are leading suppliers of components and systems for industrial automation in the Nordic region, UK and Eastern Europe. With an office in Shanghai we are also able to support our customers who move their production to China.
Our manufacturers are specialists in their field and leaders in their industry. By acting as their local organisation with full responsibility for sales, support and marketing we offer a unique range of products.
Our sales engineers have an extensive knowledge of the product range. Their role is to work closely with our customers regarding technical, application and commercial issues aiming to find the best overall solution.
Our product specialists are the manufacturer’s extended arm into OEM Automatic. Working closely with the manufacturer’s they are often discussing projects directly with their research and development departments.
Our customer support team are ready to provide customers with the best possible service. They can enter your order directly or answer questions regarding delivery times, price or basic technical issues. More complex technical or application questions are handled by our product specialists or sales engineers.
