Our customer portal is available to all customers registered on our system. If you are an existing customer and you have not received login details, please click here to contact us.  Our Customer Support team will create an account for you.

Our customer portal has two types of accounts:

  • Accounts for customers who have credit terms
  • Accounts for customers who pay in advance

Credit account

A 'credit account' can access the following range of features:

  • Check stock information and lead times
  • Check prices and special pricing (if applicable)
  • Check order history
  • Order products using credit
  • Setup repeat orders and create order templates

Pay in advance account (proforma)

A 'pay in advance account' can still access our customer portal, but must place orders using card payment:
