The SUCO 0186/0187 series are compact, robust mechanical pressure switches housed in a Hex‑27 stainless steel (AISI 303) body, designed for demanding industrial and mobile-hydraulic applications. Featuring a snap‑action SPDT micro switch with silver contacts, they support operation up to 250 VAC/DC and handle resistive loads up to 4 A. The 0186 (diaphragm type) and 0187 (piston type) offer five factory-adjustable pressure ranges spanning from 0.5–5 bar to 50–200 bar, with differential hysteresis preset between 10–30%. They deliver high overpressure safety with burst ratings exceeding 700 bar in select cases. With a mechanical life expectancy of 1 million cycles, switching rates up to 200/min, and field‑adjustable setpoints, they provide precise, long-lasting performance. These switches accommodate a broad media temperature range (–40 °C to +120 °C depending on seal material: NBR, EPDM, FKM, silicone, HNBR) and are IP65-rated when paired with the optional protective cap.
