SUCO
The SUCO 0151 Vacuum Switch is a compact, brass-bodied mechanical pressure switch designed for vacuum applications. It features a standard G 1/8″ female process connection and a HEX 24 mm housing, with FKM-sealed wetted parts and brass body ensuring chemical compatibility with air, oils, greases, fuels and water. It supports field-adjustable setpoints between 200 mbar and 950 mbar (relative vacuum), offering on-site calibration or factory pre-setting with lacquered locking, plus a maximum voltage of 42 V AC/DC and a contact rating of 4 A resistive. The switch comes in both normally‑open (NO) and normally‑closed (NC) SPST configurations, with connection options via M3 screw terminals or AMP 6.3 x 0.8 mm spade lugs. It delivers stable long-term switching performance, up to 200 operations per minute, and overpressure safety up to 35 bar, critical for handling pressure surges in a vacuum environment.
