The SUCO 0140 (diaphragm type) and 0141 (piston type) switches are compact, hex‑27 mechanical devices featuring a zinc‑plated steel body with snap‑action silver contacts and screw terminal wiring, plus an optional IP65-rated polyamide cap. They operate across a broad voltage range (5–24 V DC, 10–250 V AC/DC) with max current capacities up to 2 A AC/DC depending on the configuration. Pressure ranges are available from as low as 0.3 bar up to 150 bar, with tolerances between ±0.2 and ±5 bar depending on range. Designed for high durability, they withstand pressure rise rates up to 1,000 bar/s, endure ~1 million cycles at ≤50 bar, resist vibration/shock, and maintain stable performance in temperatures from –40 °C to +120 °C depending on seal material.
