SUCO

Suco - 0114/0115 Pressure Switch

IP67

The SUCO 0114 and 0115 are compact mechanical pressure switches featuring an integrated Packard MetriPack 280® connector and housed in a sturdy 24 mm hex, zinc-plated (CrVI‑free) steel body, offering IP67 protection. They handle up to 42 V AC/DC and utilise SPST normally‑open or normally‑closed silver contacts rated for a maximum of 4 A resistive. The switches feature six field-adjustable setpoint ranges, from 0.11 bar up to 50150 bar, with precise factory preset options available and a maximum deviation of ±0.2 bar. Designed for rugged environments, they sustain overpressure of 300 bar (standard) and up to 600 bar in enhanced variants. They operate reliably with up to 200 cycles per minute and can tolerate a media temperature range from 40 °C to +100 °C (NBR seals) or 30 °C to +120 °C (EPDM/FKM).

These switches are well-suited for a diverse range of demanding applications, including automotive systems, mobile hydraulics, water systems, and braking circuits. In mobile hydraulic equipment, they provide accurate pressure monitoring and safety feedback, while in water and industrial systems they ensure reliable pump control and overpressure protection. The integrated MetriPack connector facilitates quick, reliable installation and replacement, making the SUCO 0114/0115 series a dependable choice for applications requiring compact, rugged, and precisely adjustable pressure monitoring solutions.
