Suco - 0520 electronic pressure switch

The SUCO 0520 Electronic Pressure Switch is a robust, field-adjustable device designed around a ceramic thick-film sensor housed in zinc-plated steel. It offers a pressure setpoint adjustment between 0–250 bar, with factory-set differential hysteresis ranging from 295%. The PNP output is configured as normally‑closed by default, and a mechanical screw allows easy on-site tuning. It supports supply voltages between 1836 V DC and uses durable Buna‑N or Viton seals. Notably, it features high overpressure resilience ensuring reliability in demanding applications.

The 0520 excels in industrial hydraulic systems, mobile machinery, and pneumatic plants where accurate monitoring, reliable switching, and ruggedness are essential.
