SUCO

Suco - 0240/0241 Pressure Switch

Pre-cabled (2m)

The SUCO 0240/0241 series features compact, pre‑cabled (2 m) mechanical pressure switches with SPDT (changeover) contacts, housed in a hex‑27 zinc‑plated steel body. They support voltages up to 42 V or 250 V (depending on connection) and are rated at a maximum current of 2 A. Five adjustable pressure ranges allow for versatile applications, while over‑pressure safety is assured up to 300 bar or even 600 bar depending on the variant. These switches include field‑adjustable switching points that can be tweaked onsite even after potting, thanks to a hex adjustment screw. They offer rugged performance with IP67 environmental protection, stable switch‑point repeatability (±0.2 bar), and long‑term operational reliability under high loads.

Designed for harsh environments, the SUCO 0240/0241 switches are ideal for mobile hydraulics, commercial vehicles, construction and agricultural machinery, excavators, compressors, and fluid systems requiring reliable pressure monitoring. Their pre‑cabled assembly and durable zinc‑plated housing ensure ease of installation and resistance to dirt, shock, and moisture. The ability to adjust the switch point in the field adds flexibility during commissioning or maintenance. With a changeover contact, high current rating, and wide voltage support, they’re suitable for use in safety cutoff circuits, pump control systems, and warning indicators, offering dependable protection for hydraulic actuators, braking systems, and general industrial equipment.
