Single Key Handle Interlock

IDEM’s M-HS Skorpion trapped key is a die cast metal handle and key interlock with a single key and spring action. SS-HS Skorpion Trapped key is a stainless-steel handle and key interlock with a single key and spring action.

These trapped keys operate on the principle that when the key is “trapped” the handle can be turned and removed opening the interlock. When the handle is re-inserted into the interlock the “trapped” key can be removed.

When the key is returned to the Isolator Switch or Key Exchange System power can be re-applied to the guarded area.
