With a low-profile build height of 14 mm and available in sizes up to 2000 mm x 1250 mm, the mat features a durable black PU surface with either studded or ribbed textures for slip resistance. Its actuation force is approximately 150 N, with a rapid response time of <25 ms, ensuring immediate shutdown of connected machinery in the event of human contact. The mat is rated to IP65 (optional IP67) for reliable use in industrial environments, withstands at least 1 million switching cycles, and can be connected in series (up to 10 mats or 10 m²). It operates within a temperature range of -10 °C to +55 °C and offers chemical resistance against common industrial agents, ensuring long service life even in demanding conditions.
