Stud Terminal Accessories
The stud terminal accessories for the HSKG/HSK series include gull‑wing covers (ADH/AD) in multiple sizes (35 mm² up to 300 mm²), cross‑connectors (QS series) rated for 1000 V and currents from 76 A to 520 A, plus partition plates (TW series) for single or dual stud blocks. The covers are moulded in UL94‑V0 polyamide 6.6, in various colours (blue, beige, yellow), coping with –40 °C to +120 °C operating temperatures, and are designed to snap over HSKG studs for protection and visual coding. Cross-connectors are solid copper, available in 2‑way and 3‑way variants, for stud sizes M6 to M16, handling cable cross‑sections from 16 mm² to 300 mm² and currents from 76 A up to 520 A under 1000 V IEC. The partition plates offer safe isolation between studs and are sized to match block widths, ensuring compliance with electrical separation standards.
These accessories streamline assembly in high‑power control panels and busbar systems. Cover caps protect live studs from accidental contact, facilitate phase identification (via colour coding), and support safe maintenance. Cross‑connectors allow designers to efficiently distribute power across multiple terminals without extra cabling, ideal for linking main feeds to branch circuits or grounding arrangements.
