CONTA-CLIP
These ZIKD triple‑deck terminals are DIN‑rail modular blocks for efficient three‑level wiring in a compact width of just 5.1 mm. Featuring a robust tension‑spring connection system, each level supports flexible or rigid copper conductors up to 2.5 mm² and carries a rated current of up to 24 A, ideal for control, signal, or power distribution. Constructed from flame‑retardant PA66 (polyamide 6.6), they are rated for –40 °C to +120 °C and comply with UL94 V‑0, IEC pollution degree 3 and over‑voltage category III. The triple‑deck design features six terminal points and includes a dedicated level for protective conductor connections, with all three circuits cross‑connectable vertically via integrated links or busbars.
ZIKD terminals are invaluable in compact control panels, machinery interfaces, and safety systems where multiple potentials, such as line, neutral, and ground, or multiple signal bands, must be managed within minimal real estate. The spring‑clamp mechanism ensures fast, tool‑free, and vibration‑resistant terminations, improving reliability and reducing installation time compared to screw-based systems. Cross‑connection options support flexible bus distribution or isolation between levels, making these blocks ideal for three‑phase, sensor, or grounding circuits within automation, process-control, or power-distribution applications. With their slim footprint and modular flexibility, ZIKD terminals streamline complex wiring while preserving DIN‑rail panel space.Â
