CONTA-CLIP
The FTRK and FSIK series are DIN-rail mountable fuse terminal blocks engineered for both 5 × 20 mm glass tube fuses and flat automotive blade fuses. Constructed from robust polyamide 6.6 and rated to UL94-V0, they’re specified for temperature resistance from –40 °C up to +120 °C. They support conductor cross-sections from 0.2 mm² up to 4 mm² (AWG 24–10), accommodate nominal currents from 6.3 A to 18 A, and handle system voltages up to 400 V IEC. Mechanically, they clip easily onto TS 35 rails, measuring about 67.5 mm in length, 5–6 mm in width, and approximately 47 mm in height, with two or three-level connection options. Approvals include CSA, cCSAus, and KEMA KUR, and they support impulse voltages up to 6 kV under pollution degree 3 for overvoltage category III environments.
Both series are perfect for compact, modular electrical distribution and protection in control cabinets. The FSIK variants offer integrated blade fuse holders for quick fuse changes, while certain FTRK models include status plug or LED indicators (e.g., 10–36 V and 35–70 V versions) to signal blown fuses. They're ideal in industrial automation, machine panels, power distribution, and automotive control systems where space-saving, reliable fusing and clear fault indication are essential. The ability to mix glass and blade fuses and use accessories like status display plugs adds flexibility for maintenance-focused installations.Â
