HMS NETWORKS
Anybus X-gateway allows you to connect PLC control systems and their connected devices between two different fieldbuses. This is done with minimal work so that you can make the system communicate as quickly as possible.
The primary function of X-gateways is fast transmission of cyclic I/O data between the two networks. This relieves your PLC from working with additional calculations and allows it to focus on its primary task. The gateway acts as an adapter in, for example, the DeviceNet network and as a full Master / Client in the Modbus TCP network. The data transfer between the two networks is completely transparent with a maximum  I/O data capacity of 512 bytes in each direction.
