PBT 1200
The PBT 1200 series from Conta-Clip comprises pluggable, eccentric-cam female socket terminal blocks with a 5.08 mm pitch, available in a variety of pole counts. These connectors are designed for horizontal wire entry (0°/180°), using M2.5 screws tightened to 0.5 Nm, with a recommended stripping length of 10 mm. They accommodate conductor cross-sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 4 mm² for solid wires and up to 2.5 mm² when using ferrules. PBT 1200 blocks carry up to 12 A at 250 V, tolerate impulse voltages of 4 kV, and conform to overvoltage category III and pollution degree 3 specifications. With high insulation resistance (~1×10¹³ Ω·cm) and CTI of 600, they ensure excellent performance in harsh conditions.
The PBT 1200 is ideal for systems needing modular, service-friendly PCB connections, such as in industrial control panels, automated machinery, and power distribution systems.
