CROUZET AUTOMATION

Millenium Logic Controller - New Generation

12 I/O Expandable Logic Controller

Make it Simple, Choose Millenium!

The Crouzet Millenium PLC is a compact, networked and communicative logic controller designed for advanced industrial automation applications. Its configurable architecture enables flexible deployment with support for up to 12 expansion modules and a maximum of 24 digital inputs, 20 digital outputs, 8 analog inputs and 8 analog outputs for scalable control systems. The PLC includes enhanced connectivity features such as embedded Ethernet, Modbus TCP client/server, and an onboard webserver for remote monitoring, diagnostics, datalogging and system updates.

With datalogging via SD card, high-speed inputs up to 5 kHz, and PWM capable transistor outputs on certain models, it is suitable for motion control, counting applications, and varied automation demands. The Millenium PLC offers wide operating temperature performance of -20 °C to +55 °C, CE/UL certifications, and compliance with industrial EMC standards for reliable installation in demanding environments.

Powered by Crouzet Soft, the world’s most intuitive automation software, you can design programs using simple drag-and-drop Function Blocks or Ladder logic — no coding required. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced engineer, programming has never been faster or easier.

Key Features

  • Expanded Range: Wider selection than the Millenium 3 for more project flexibility.

  • Communication-Ready: Built-in Ethernet TCP/IP, with optional Modbus RS485 via interchangeable interface modules.

  • Compact & Expandable: Supports 60+ I/Os, including digital, analogue, high-speed, and 4–20 mA inputs and outputs.

  • More Memory: Double the memory of Millenium 3, plus optional SD card support for program and data storage.

  • Enhanced Display: A new three-colour screen with 24 characters per line, intuitive navigation, and improved button layout for easy operation.

  • Integrated Webserver: Remote access for visualisation, interaction, maintenance, and program loading directly over a local network.
