Millenium I/O Expansion modules

New Millenium expansion modules

Expansion Modules for the New Crouzet Millenium

Extend the capabilities of your Millenium controller with a full range of expansion modules, offering up to 60 I/O in total. Similar to the millenium 3, the new millenium allows you to expand the number of I/O with even more flexibility now.

Digital Expansions

Expand your system with additional digital I/O using Crouzet’s XR (relay output) and XS (solid state output) series modules. These modules are available in compact 35 mm or 70 mm widths to fit various panel space requirements.

Digital expansion options:

  • XR08 (35 mm) – 4 digital inputs & 4 relay outputs

  • XR16 (70 mm) – 8 digital inputs & 8 relay outputs

  • XS08 (35 mm) – 4 digital inputs & 4 solid-state outputs

  • XS16 (70 mm) – 8 digital inputs & 8 solid-state outputs

The Millenium supports up to two 70 mm digital expansions or four 35 mm modules, or a combination of both—allowing up to 16 additional digital inputs and 16 relay or solid-state outputs. Modules are available in multiple supply voltages to match the base controller.

Analogue Expansions

For process control and measurement applications, analogue expansions provide precise input and output capability.

Analogue expansion options:

  • MXAI02D7 – 2 analogue inputs (0–10 V or 0/4–20 mA)

  • MXAO02D1 – 2 analogue outputs (0–10 V or 0/4–20 mA)

  • MXAI02PD7 – 2 analogue inputs (PT100 / PT1000 sensors)

The Millenium base unit can be expanded with up to 8 analogue inputs and 4 analogue outputs, providing flexible options for monitoring and control.

In total with the digital expansions and analogue expansions, a total of 60 I/O is possible with the new millenium - up from 50 I/O on the previous millenium 3. The new Millenium allows for greater flexibility with its expansion modules with analogue expansions available for any of the base units. Analogue expansions must be powered seperately.
