DF Electric’s aR cylindrical fuse links are high-speed aR-class fuses, specifically designed to protect semiconductor components such as IGBTs, thyristors, SCRs, and diodes. These fast-acting fuses provide critical protection in circuits where conventional fuses are too slow to react to short-circuit events.

aR operating class – Offers ultra-fast disconnection to protect sensitive semiconductors from damage during fault conditions
Voltage rating – Up to 690V AC and 700V DC (L/R = 10ms)
Breaking capacity – 200kA at 690V AC, 30kA at 700V DC
Current ratings – 1A to 100A
Optional striker pin – Compatible with microswitches for remote fault indication
Construction – Ceramic tube with silver-plated contacts for high durability and conductivity
