CLYNDER

Clynder 25mm²-120mm² Tri-Rated Cable

The Clynder 25mm² – 120mm² Tri-rated Cables are robust, high-capacity single-core cables engineered to meet the stringent specifications of BS 6231 Type CK, UL 758 (Style 1015), and CSA 22.2 standards. They consist of a Class 5 flexible plain annealed copper conductor for excellent conductivity and flexibility, even at larger sizes. Insulated with high-grade heat-resistant PVC, these cables are rated for 1000V (BS 6231) and 600V (UL/CSA), with maximum continuous operating temperatures of 90°C (BS) and 105°C (UL/CSA). The insulation also offers flame retardancy, oil resistance, and low toxicity, making these cables ideal for use in environments requiring strict safety compliance and durability.

Clynder Tri-rated cables in the 25mm² to 120mm² range are specifically designed for high current applications in power distribution systems, switchgear, motor control centers, and heavy industrial equipment. Their large conductor sizes support significant electrical loads, making them suitable for main power feeds, transformer connections, and battery bank interconnections. The combination of flexibility and high thermal stability allows for ease of installation in confined control cabinets or complex cable trays. These cables are widely used in sectors such as manufacturing, energy generation, transportation infrastructure, and data centers, where reliable power delivery and adherence to international standards are critical.
