The KDS split cable gland series offers a modular, tool free solution for routing pre terminated cables, hoses, or pipes through enclosures (up to 7 mm thick), available in thread sizes M20–M63. Made from glass fibre reinforced polyamide with TPE (silicone and halogen free) seals, they provide IP66-rated protection in temperatures from –40 °C to +120 °C. A clever snap together design allows up to four wave cut inserts per gland, locking firmly around any cable diameter from 2 to 35 mm, ideal for retrofitting or servicing without disturbing connector ends; the included split locknut secures the assembly from the inside. This system ensures quick, high-density installations that maintain enclosure integrity, simplify maintenance, and retain cable warranty compliance, all without sacrificing protection or performance.
