SMELA liteECO® LE-INTEGRATED Electric Linear Actuator


The SMELA liteECO® LE-INTEGRATED combines a compact electric linear actuator with a fully integrated drive controller, delivering a complete decentralised motion solution for modern automation systems. Designed as a high-performance alternative to pneumatic cylinders, the LE-INTEGRATED simplifies installation while providing precise positioning, reduced energy consumption and exceptional space savings.


Built around SMELA's patented liteECO® concept, the actuator integrates the servo motor, linear mechanics and drive electronics into a single compact package. Available with 24 VDC and optional 48 VDC operation, the actuator can be controlled directly via EtherCAT, CANopen or digital I/O, reducing cabinet space and eliminating the need for external motion controllers in many applications. 


The LE-INTEGRATED offers maximum stroke lengths of 85 mm and 115 mm, with unrestricted positioning throughout the entire travel range. Its compact design can save up to 80% installation space compared to conventional electric solutions, while significantly reducing energy consumption compared to pneumatic systems. 


Designed for demanding industrial environments, the actuator features IP65 protection, integrated M8 and M12 industrial connectors, high-resolution position feedback and daisy-chain capability via EtherCAT and CANopen. The result is a powerful, decentralised motion solution ideal for machine builders looking to simplify wiring and reduce control cabinet complexity.
