SMELA liteECO® LE-BASE Electric Linear Actuator


The SMELA liteECO® LE-BASE is a compact electric linear actuator designed as a high-performance alternative to pneumatic cylinders. Combining a patented telescopic motor and mechanical arrangement with robust industrial features, the LE-BASE delivers precise positioning, reduced energy consumption and exceptional space savings in machine-building and automation applications. 


Suitable for production lines, packaging machinery, assembly systems and handling equipment, the LE-BASE offers flexible stroke lengths of 45 mm, 85 mm and 115 mm, with unrestricted positioning across the full travel range. Its compact design can reduce installation space by up to 80% compared to conventional electric solutions, while consuming significantly less energy than pneumatic alternatives.


Designed for industrial environments, the actuator features IP65 protection, a robust M15 rotating connector with quick-lock system, high-resolution encoder feedback and compatibility with a wide range of motion controllers and fieldbus architectures. With no integrated drive controller, machine builders retain complete freedom when selecting their preferred control platform.
