Minimotor XCDBS Brushless Motor
The Minimotor XCDBS series combines a high-power brushless servomotor, integrated drive, encoder and worm gearbox into a compact unit, delivering a robust right-angle solution for applications requiring higher torque and power levels.
With all components fully integrated, the XCDBS reduces installation time and wiring while providing precise and reliable motion control in demanding industrial environments.

4‑pole sinusoidal brushless motor with integrated drive and worm gearbox
48 VDC supply for high-performance, low-voltage operation
Multi-turn absolute encoder for precise position feedback
Right-angle worm gearbox for compact layouts and flexible mounting
High torque output – approx. 4 Nm up to ~35 Nm (S1), with higher peak torque in S3 operation depending on ratio [minimotor.com], [oem.co.uk]
Wide range of gear ratios (approx. 5:1 to 100:1) [directindustry.com]
IP65 protection for demanding industrial environments
