Our Product Managers are mechanically and electrically knowledgeable engineers, whom have many years of product and application involvement. This knowledge has been gained through working closely with customers giving them a wide application appreciation. Using this information, our customers can present us with a problem they face, and we will then work together to come to the best solution technically and commercially.
When the products and commercial details are agreed, subject to a covering agreement, we can then stock to suit our customers demands against time scheduled deliveries.
Our internal sales team manage this process and are always available to discuss schedules and customer requirements, should production needs change.
Whether it be a single motor or a full basket of complimentary products for a dedicated machine build, we aim to make our customers’ ordering procedure as pleasant and simple as possible, whilst ensuring the most suitable products are supplied.
From standard motors and geared motors, through to a bespoke unit supplied by a specialist manufacturer and up to a customer specific solution supplied through our technical workshop, we can help customers find their best option.
By working together with our suppliers and customers, our knowledge of applications and products (gained through 25+ years of experience in motors) allows close collaboration. Initially, collaboration can be with engineers at design level to advise on suitable products, through to commercial discussions with purchasing to give the customer the best package for their needs.
