Zebra Smart Camera Accessories

Zebra’s VS and FS Smart Camera Series is supported by a full portfolio of accessories—including cables, lights, filters, and lenses, engineered to maximise performance and simplify integration. The cameras use rugged industrial-grade M12 Ethernet and power cables that are IP65/67 rated, ensuring reliable connectivity in dusty, wet, or high-vibration environments. For illumination, Zebra offers a range of ring lights, bar lights, and integrated ring lights, each designed to provide consistent, high-quality lighting for different inspection needs. Lenses are available in C-mount and S-mount options, offering flexibility in field of view and focus distance to match both wide-area and detailed inspections. To further enhance image quality, Zebra provides optical filters such as polarizers to reduce glare, bandpass filters to highlight specific features, and UV/IR cut filters to block unwanted wavelengths.
These accessories give customers the ability to tailor their smart camera setup to challenging production conditions. Rugged cables ensure dependable operation on high-speed conveyor lines or robotic arms, while specialised lighting solutions make it possible to eliminate shadows, highlight surface details, or reduce reflections on shiny packaging or metal parts. Interchangeable lenses allow users to switch between close-up inspections of fine components and wide-angle monitoring of larger conveyor areas. Filters help deliver consistent, accurate reads in environments with difficult lighting, such as warehouses with mixed LED and natural light. Together, Zebra’s cables, lights, filters, and lenses provide the flexibility and reliability manufacturers need to achieve high accuracy in applications like defect detection, barcode reading, and product verification across industries from automotive to pharmaceuticals.
