OEM International acquires Zoedale Ltd
OEM Automatic Ltd, part of the Swedish OEM International group, has signed an agreement to acquire Zoedale Ltd.
Bedford-based Zoedale was founded in 1976 and is a specialist in solenoid valves and valve actuators. Amongst others, Zoedale represents ASCO, Valpes, Omal, Bernard Controls and Peter Paul, which manufacture valves and actuators for various process and industrial applications. It is joining the OEM group to broaden its product offering and to continue to develop its expertise in the pressure and flow sector.

Zoedale has a strong focus on service and technical support and carries extensive stock at the Bedford premises from where the business will continue to operate.
