Kubler Slip ring SR085

SR085 has a strong design for industrial use. The construction is modular, where load and data signals can be combined individually. The load and data signals take place in physically separated chambers, which guarantees safe operation. The house is built in strong fiberglass-reinforced polycarbonate.

The transmission of load and signal takes place through trailer contacts with double contact surfaces, which are adapted for load or signal. The trailer contacts are asymmetrical to ensure that at least one always has contact, even in the event of vibrations. The load transfer takes place via trailer contacts of copper graphite for high wear resistance. The data transfer trailer connectors are made of copper alloy (gold-plated as an option for low signal voltages). Signal transmission can also be done for field buses e.g. Profibus and CANopen with up to 12 Mbit / s. The number of modules can be up to 20.
