SUCO

Suco - 0180/0181 Pressure Switch

Long service life

The Suco 0180 (diaphragm) and 0181 (piston) switches are compact, high-performance mechanical pressure sensors housed in a zinc‑plated steel (HEX 27 mm) body. Designed to handle up to 250 V AC/DC and up to 4 A resistive load via silver-contact SPDT switch, they are suited for challenging environments. Switching ranges span five field-adjustable bands, with factory-set hysteresis between 10–30 %. They offer strong overpressure resilience: diaphragm version withstands up to 400–700 bar, piston up to 700 bar . Environmental durability includes IP65 when paired with a socket, vibration tolerance to 10 g (5–200 Hz), shock resistance to 294 m/s², mechanical life up to 1 million cycles, and a switching frequency up to 200 per minute. Multiple process connections (G¼, ¼‑18 BSPP, NPT, UNF, M10×1 taper, M12×1.5) and sealing options (NBR, EPDM, FKM, HNBR, FFKM) ensure compatibility with diverse media and temp ranges from –40 °C to +120 °C.

Practical and versatile, the 0180/0181 series is ideal for hydraulic powerpacks, mobile hydraulics, compressors, pneumatic controls, water systems, and general industrial pressure safety or control circuits. The diaphragm type better suits gaseous media and low-pressure ranges, while the piston variant excels in high-pressure hydraulic applications. Its quick-connect spade terminals (AMP 6.3 × 0.8 mm) and rugged steel housing offer fast installation and maintenance ,whether field-adjusted or factory preset, delivering stable, repeatable switching thresholds under high cycling and load. The Suco 0180/0181 stands out as a reliable, cost-effective solution for precise pressure threshold monitoring in tough real-world operations.

Multiple process connections (G¼, ¼‑18 BSPP, NPT, UNF, M10×1 taper, M12×1.5) and sealing options (NBR, EPDM, FKM, HNBR, FFKM) ensure compatibility with diverse media and temp ranges from –40 °C to +120 °C.
