SUCO

Suco - Protective Caps for Pressure Switches

To suit HEX 24 and HEX 27 ranges

The SUCO Protective Caps for Pressure Switches provide essential mechanical and environmental protection for HEX 24 and HEX 27 mechanical pressure switches. Constructed from durable rubber and designed for cable diameters of approximately 1.55 mm (single outlet) or 1.72.3 mm (twin outlet), these caps offer IP54-rated ingress protection, safeguarding switch connectors from dust, splashes, and debriswhile maintaining electrical safety up to 42 V. They seamlessly clip onto DIN 43650 (DIN EN 175301‑803‑A) or M12×1 connectors and are available in single- and twin‑outlet versions to suit various cable routing needs. Installation is quick and reliable, eliminating the need for additional gland fittings, and maintaining the switchs rated 100 VA contact capacity and 42 V limit.

These protective caps are ideal in industrial, mobile hydraulic, and outdoor installations where connector integrity is critical, but enclosure-level sealing (IP65/IP67) isn’t required or not present. They prevent ingress of contaminants and offer strain relief in systems exposed to vibration, occasional spray, or dust—such as agricultural machinery, small pump control units, engine bays, and construction equipment. By preserving connector condition and electrical continuity under rugged conditions, they extend service life and reduce maintenance downtime, making them a practical accessory for technicians seeking robust but flexible environmental protection.
