SUCO

Suco - 0340/0341 Pressure Switch

ATEX rated

The Suco 0134 and 0135 series are rugged mechanical pressure switches engineered for demanding industrial, automotive, mobile hydraulics, water management, and braking system applications. Both feature a robust hex‑27 zinc‑plated steel housing with an integrated M12×1 connector and SPDT (changeover) silver-contact micro-switch, rated up to 48 V and 4 A resistive, ensuring reliable electrical performance. With protection rating IP67, these switches endure harsh environments without compromising functionality. Users have flexibility with five adjustable pressure ranges spanning from 0.3–1.5 bar up to 50–200 bar, offering on-site or factory preset switching points; hysteresis lies between 10–30 percent based on the setting. Overpressure safety ensures system protection up to 100 bar for diaphragm models and up to 600 bar for piston versions.

Designed for precise pressure control, the 0134/0135 switches deliver stable set‑points even after extended operation and high-pressure cycling. They are built to withstand mechanical stress with vibration resistance at 10 g (5–200 Hz), shock survival to 294 m/s² (14 ms), and up to 1 million switching cycles. Sealing is available in NBR as standard, with optional EPDM, FKM (Viton®), and HNBR to suit different media types and temperature conditions (–30 °C to +100 °C ambient, –20 °C to +80 °C for the switch itself). Installation versatility is ensured by offering multiple process connections—G1/4, M10×1 taper, M12×1.5, BSPP, NPT and UNF options—making the 0134/0135 series highly adaptable across hydraulic systems, pneumatic controls, braking circuits, and water technology setups.
