Suco - 0190/0191 Pressure Switch

Gold contacts

The SUCO 0190/0191 series are compact diaphragm/piston‑type mechanical pressure switches featuring a robust zinc‑plated steel HEX‑27 body and gold‑plated snap‑action changeover microswitch contacts. They operate up to 24 V DC with a maximum current of 50 mA, ideal for low-current PLC inputs. You can field-adjust their setpoints across a broad range of 0.3–200 bar with hysteresis set between 1030 %, adjustable at the factory. Overpressure safety spans 100–600 bar depending on version, and they deliver high stability, long mechanical life (1 million cycles), vibration‑proof (10 g, 5200 Hz) operation, and compatibility with media up to 100 °C (media) and 20 to +80 °C ambient. These switches terminate in spade (AMP 6.3 × 0.8 mm) terminals and are fitted with polyamide protective caps to achieve IP65 when connector-equipped; bare terminals are rated IP00.

In practical scenarios, the 0190/0191 series excel in mobile hydraulics, power packs, pump control, and safety interlock systems. The gold contacts ensure reliable performance with low current signals commonly used in PLC or sensor circuits, even in challenging conditions. Their wide pressure range, field-settable nature, and compact HEX‑27 form make installation and calibration straightforward for controlling pump start/stop thresholds, monitoring load pressures, or triggering shutdowns under unsafe conditions. With certifications including CSA and RoHS II, plus select variants featuring piston sensing for higher pressure ranges, these switches offer a cost-effective, dependable solution for industrial, off‑highway, and mobile equipment applications.
