The SUCO 0136/0137 series mechanical pressure switches feature a rugged hex‑27 zinc‑plated steel body with integrated Deutsch DT04‑3P® connector, rated for up to 48 V AC/DC. They provide SPDT (changeover) switching with both normally open and normally closed contacts and boast IP67 and IP6K9K protection, ideal for demanding environments. These switches offer five selectable adjustment ranges, with maximum pressure ratings from 100 bar to as high as 600 bar over‑pressure safety depending on the variant. Key performance specs include a contact rating of up to 4 A, switching repeatability within ±0.2–5 bar, hysteresis of 10–30%, mechanical life expectancy of one million cycles, vibration resistance up to 10 g, and shock robustness to 294 m/s²—all operating across –30 °C to +100 °C (media) and –20 °C to +80 °C (ambient).
