Suco - 0132/0133 Pressure Switch

IP67

The SUCO 0132 (diaphragm) and 0133 (piston) pressure switches are robust, hex‑27 mm mechanical devices with an integrated TE AMP Superseal 1.5® connector, offering IP67 protection suitable for harsh environments. They support a wide voltage range up to 48 V and can switch currents up to 4 A resistive or 250 V AC/DC, using durable snap‑action silver contacts (gold optional). Field‑adjustable switching ranges span from as low as 0.3 bar up to 200 bar, with factory‑preset options available. Overpressure safety is impressive, up to 100 bar for diaphragms and up to 600 bar for pistons, depending on the model and thread variant. These units also feature factory-set hysteresis (10–30%) and meet rugged durability standards: mechanical life reaching 1 million cycles (for ≤ 50 bar diaphragm types), resistance to vibration (10 g) and shock (294 m/s²), and fast pressure rise tolerance (≤ 1 bar/ms).

The 0132 diaphragm switch excels in medium-pressure hydraulic systems, pneumatic controls, and mobile equipment monitoring, offering precise on‑site configuration and reliable detection in oil, air, or inert gas media. The 0133 piston variant, with its extended range up to 200 bar and high overpressure tolerance, is ideal for demanding hydraulic circuits, high-pressure oil lines, brake systems, and industrial pressurised environments. Their integrated Superseal connector simplifies installation and maintenance in tight or wet settings, while the zinc‑plated steel (Cr VI‑free) body and selectable seal materials ensure compatibility with a wide range of fluids ,including oils, chemicals, brake fluids, and mild acids, making them versatile for OEM, off‑highway, and industrial process applications.
