The SUCO 0118/0119 series is a compact, robust mechanical pressure switch housed in a zinc‑plated hex‑24 steel body with an integrated AMP Junior Timer® connector. It delivers reliable operation up to 42 V AC/DC with both normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) SPST contacts. The switch offers six adjustable pressure ranges each featuring excellent repeatability (±0.2 bar or better depending on range), a max switching frequency of 200/min, and an impressive mechanical life expectancy of 1 million cycles. Rated to IP65 and IPx4K, these units resist harsh environments and can withstand overpressure spikes to 300 bar (for lower ranges) or up to 600 bar in higher variants. They are also temperature‑tolerant, operating in ambient ranges of –20 °C to 80 °C, and handling media from –40 °C up to 120 °C depending on seal material (NBR, EPDM, or FKM).

These switches are engineered for precise, site‑adjustable pressure monitoring in demanding applications: mobile hydraulics, automotive systems, water pumps, and braking systems.
