SUCO

Suco - 0112/0113 Pressure Switch

IP67

The SUCO 0112 (diaphragm) and 0113 (piston) pressure switches are compact, hex‑24 mm mechanical devices with an integrated AMP Superseal 1.5® connector, offering full IP67 protection and capable of handling transient high‑pressure exposure. They operate up to 42 V AC/DC with SPST normally‑open or normally‑closed silver-contact switches rated at up to 4 A resistive. Adjustable setpoint ranges span six bands allowing flexibility for diverse system pressures. Construction includes a zinc-plated steel body (Cr VI‑free) and NBR, EPDM, or FKM sealing options to suit various media and temperature profiles. Pressure tolerance is equally robust: static overpressure safety reaches 300 bar for all variants (though dynamic limits differ), while switch frequency is up to 200/min, and mechanical life is rated at ~1 million cycles for diaphragm versions.

From a practical standpoint, the SUCO 0112/0113 switches are ideal for industrial, mobile hydraulic, and automotive systems requiring compact, reliable pressure detection. Use cases include monitoring pressurised hydraulic lines, coolant and lubrication circuits, water systems, and vehicle braking or suspension systems. The diaphragm-based 0112 suits low to mid-pressure applications in hydraulic or pneumatic setups, while the piston-equipped 0113 extends the range into higher-pressure environments up to 150 bar. On-site adjustability enables system integration after installation, and the IP67 rating combined with durable steel construction supports usage in harsh environments, including off‑highway, agricultural machinery, and process plant scenarios, ensuring reliable pump control, safety monitoring, and fault detection.

What is hydrostatic level monitoring?

A hydrostatic level probe measures liquid level indirectly, by sensing pressure at a known depth. When the application is suitable and the installation is done properly, hydrostatic level probes offer several clear benefits.
