SUCO
The SUCO 0150 Vacuum Switch is a rugged, mechanical pressure-differential switch built for vacuum duties ranging from approximately 100 mbar to 950 mbar, with a tolerance of ±50 mbar. It features snap-action silver contacts and supports changeover (SPDT) switching rated up to 250 VAC/250 VDC—with current capabilities of 5 A AC and 3.5 A DC. The aluminium-bodied switch incorporates a DIN EN 175301-803-A (DIN 43650) connector, offering IP 65 protection when mated, and handles switching frequencies up to 200 cycles/min with a mechanical life expectancy of around one million cycles. It’s highly durable, withstanding overpressure up to 20 bar (290 psi), strong vibration (10 g), shock (294 m/s²), and fast pressure changes up to 1 bar/ms.
In practical terms, the 0150 excels in industrial vacuum and low-pressure control systems such as medical suction units, air-handling equipment, chemical process vacuum loops, and vacuum packaging machinery. Its changeover contact allows for both alarm and control functions. On-site adjustment of the switch point via an M12 screw simplifies installation and commissioning. The aluminium housing and ECO seal material ensure compatibility with air, oils, greases, fuels, and gasoline. Stable long-term performance and robust protection make the 0150 a dependable component for harsh environments, including wall-mounted installations on compressor banks, vacuum pumps, and safety shut-off systems.
