Suco 0570 Electronic Pressure Switch/Sensor

Dual output with display

The SUCO 0570 is a precision electronic pressure switch featuring a ceramic thick-film sensor housed in a robust anodised aluminium and zinc die-cast body. It operates on 12–30 V DC and offers two programmable PNP transistor switch outputs (each up to 1.4 A) plus a 4–20 mA analogue output. Users can adjust two independent setpoints and their hysteresis via a front-panel keypad and a clear three-digit LED display. Field-adjustable options include time delays (0–3 s), zero-point reset, peak-value memory, and switch-point counters. Available in various pressure ranges, it supports overpressure safety up to 20 bar, 175 bar, or 650 bar depending on range, with burst limits reaching 25 bar, 300 bar, and 650 bar respectively. It features ±0.5% FS accuracy, ≤4 ms response time, IP65 protection, shock resistance to 294 m/s², and a mechanical life expectancy of 5 million cycles.

The SUCO 0570 is tailored for sophisticated control in hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial air systems, and factory automation. Its dual switch outputs and analogue signal allow direct interfacing with both digital control logic and PLC-based monitoring. The ceramic sensor ensures long-term stability and suitability for demanding fluid media, while the menu-driven configuration enables quick commissioning and on-site adjustments—ideal for applications like pump control, pressure safety interlocks, system diagnostics, or sequence triggering. Its wide pressure range and overpressure resilience also allow safe use in high-pressure hydraulic circuits or pneumatic actuators. Compact and field-calibratable, it’s a versatile and reliable choice for OEMs and maintenance teams.
