SONY
The XCG-CP510 combines the best Sony machine vision technology with on sensor polarisation in a convenient form factor for Industrial and non-manufacturing vision markets. Incorporating our innovative and ground-breaking new IMX250MZR global shutter CMOS sensor, which uses monochrome quad polarised filters to capture polarised light in four planes.
The camera draws upon Sony's market leading high sensitive Pregius Global Shutter CMOS sensor technology and high quality camera-making capability, thus the XCG-CP510 provides the best combination of performance and quality from a brand you can trust.
The XCG-CP510 has a resolution of 2448 (H) x 2048 (V) with a frame rate of 23 fps and supports GigE Vision 1.2 / 2.0 with a one cable PoE capability.
The XCG-CP510 will be made available together with an exclusive Sony-developed polarised camera SDK which will enable fast and simplified development of polarised-light applications for the camera and your solution demands.
The XCG-CP510 and SDK will therefore be well suited to deployment in significantly improving visibility and detection in a number of manufacturing and security/ITS applications including stress measurement & detection; scratch detection; object detection, removal and enhancement.
