Product description

The Basler Stereo Camera is a high-performance 3D imaging solution designed for depth perception and spatial analysis in industrial and robotics applications. It features two precisely aligned global shutter cameras with high-resolution CMOS sensors, capable of capturing synchronised stereo image pairs for accurate depth mapping. The camera supports USB 3.0 or GigE interfaces for fast data transfer and is equipped with onboard processing to generate disparity maps and 3D point clouds in real time. With a typical baseline range from 65 mm to 160 mm, it can be adapted to various working distances and scene complexities, offering depth accuracy down to sub-millimeter levels depending on configuration and environment.

In practical use, the Basler Stereo Camera excels in applications such as bin picking, object recognition, navigation, and quality inspection. In logistics and warehousing, it enables robots to perceive and interact with objects in cluttered or dynamic environments. In industrial automation, it enhances tasks such as volume measurement, part positioning, and 3D inspection with reliable depth data. Its compact form factor and rugged design allow easy integration into robotic arms, mobile platforms, and production lines, making it a versatile tool for enhancing spatial awareness and decision-making in smart systems.
