The SUCO 0116 & 0117 models are rugged hex‑24 mm mechanical pressure switches designed for harsh hydraulic and pneumatic environments. Model 0116 features a diaphragm design with a field‑adjustable range of approximately 1.45–725 psi (0.1–50 bar), while the 0117-piston version covers higher pressures (725–2,175 psi or 50–150 bar). Both utilise zinc‑plated Cr VI‑free steel bodies with Deutsch DT04‑3P connectors rated IP67/IP6K9K when mated. They operate up to 42 VAC/DC at 4 A resistive (100 W DC, 100 VA AC), with silver contacts for reliable switching. Overpressure safety ratings reach up to 600 bar for 0117 and 300 bar for 0116. The differential is non‑adjustable, averaging around 5–30% of setpoint, and the switches deliver high durability: up to 1 million cycles mechanically, switching rates around 200/min, with excellent shock/vibration tolerance and full IP protection.
