Datasensing Accessories- Lenses, Cables, Illumination and Interfaces

Accessories designed to complement the P Series and P2x/P3x smart camera platforms. The modular Datasensing lenses range from 6 mm to 17.5 mm (covering micro-video and C mount options) to match field interchangeable formats optimised for compact machine vision setups; the integrated illumination panels (14-LED compact or 36-LED high power with TIR optics in white, red, or blue) ensure uniform, high brightness lighting for robust image capture under IP65/IP67 conditions. Software upgrades unlock advanced functionality within the IMPACT vision suite, enabling over 100 inspection tools, colour analysis, pattern matching, remote monitoring, and configurable 360° visual feedback via coloured bezel frames used in P2x/P3x smart cameras. Lastly, the Datalogic CBX 100 is an IP65 rated compact connection and junction box that streamlines installation and wiring of Datalogic 1D/2D readers (2K–8K and Matrix series), supports the high speed ID NET™ interface (up to 1 Mbit/s) for multi-reader synchronisation, and offers optional backup restore modules for rapid maintenance operations.

Standard Photoelectric Sensors

Basic photoelectric sensors are available in either M18 barrel or block form design, covering almost all industrial applications. Both the M18 and block form models are available with either plastic or metal housing, The M18 models have options of either radial or axial optics. The range also includes laser models as well as a number of special versions, such as models for transparent objects. We offer a variety of accessories with a wide range of connectors, brackets and reflectors. Datasensing is merging Datalogic’s Sensor & Safety and Machine Vision business unit with M.D. Micro Detectors, both with 50 years of experience. Sensors are indispensable for the industrial automation of plants and machinery in a wide range of industries and applications, from manufacturing to logistics. Manufacturing industry applications include factory automation of automotive and electronics plants; food & beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical goods processing and packaging machines; up to almost any machinery used in woodworking, metalworking, textile, ceramic, glass, stones, paper, etc. Logistics applications are diffused in automated material handling, conveyors, storage and retrieval systems, automated warehouses, transportation systems, and distribution centers. Photoelectric sensors are devices that use the emission and reception of light to detect the presence of objects or their parts, inspect their integrity or correct assembly, measure their dimensions, distance or correct positioning.
