Become a customer & apply for a web log in (UK & Ireland only)

If you would like to become a customer there are three options;
  • A credit account for those wanting to apply for credit terms (subject to satisfactory credit checks)
  • Pay in advance account - Payment via card, BACS or Paypal
  • Automatic account creation - UK VAT registered companies only, payment via card

Please be advised - we can only accept applications from companies with a UK or Ireland invoice and delivery address.

For overseas companies please see our sister companies for a distributor in your area, alternatively contact the manufacturer for your closest distributor.

Automatic account creation -  allows you to place orders and pay by card right away. This is only available for VAT registered UK companies. 

For non-VAT registered companies use the Pay in advance account form. Once your details have been verified by our Customer Support team, you will receive an email with your Customer Portal login details.

Credit accounts - allows you to use credit instead of payment in advance. This is subject to credit checks.

Which account would you like to apply for?

1. Automatic Account creation (Pay in advance) - VAT registered UK companies only (New & Existing customers)
2. Pay in advance account form - Non-VAT registered UK companies must use this form*
3. Credit account - Subject to credit checks

*VAT registered companies can also complete the form, please note it will take more time to have your account set up. Automatic account creation will be quicker for purchasing right away.
