Available in both blue and red laser variants, this scanner ensures exceptional performance across even the most challenging materials, ranging from black plastics and reflective metals to rubber and translucent surfaces, thanks to blue laser technology that boosts data completeness by up to 2.5×. It offers a versatile scanning range, covering distances from 0.3 m up to 6 m, precisely calibrated up to 4 m, delivering both sub-millimetre accuracy and minimal maintenance downtime, courtesy of its autonomous maintenance system that eliminates the need for marker patterns or manual recalibration.

The PhoXi Gen3 excels across diverse automation tasks. Its simultaneous capture of high-resolution 3D geometry and colour texture enables advanced inspection, sorting, and texture analysis in a single pass, ideal for verifying labels, finishes, or assembly precision. The enhanced point-cloud density, 60% more 3D points, or up to 1.6× compared to previous models, facilitates detection of micro-edges and assembly flaws, significantly reducing scrap and rework while supporting AI-driven quality control systems. Its robust performance in any lighting condition, including direct sunlight, and flexible working distance make it a reliable tool for bin-picking, depalletisation, machine tending, logistics, digital twinning, and robotic grasp planning. Moreover, the ability to conduct parallel scanning using both blue and red lasers simultaneously doubles throughput without compromising detail, making it especially valuable for high-volume production environments.
