High performance 19" Rack Fan Trays
LE 019
The LE019 is a compact, but high performance 19-inch rack. Designed to ventilate with high airflow, for example, data servers and other equipment that require high airflow to handle the life of the application.
LE019 is also available with thermostat for quick installation.
When using LE019 in 19 "cabinet
When using fan console without integrated thermostat, it is recommended to use ex. thermostat ZR011 for controlling the temperature of the application, while also giving the possibility of a signal if necessary. overheating in case of fan failure.
Connect the dual thermostat (ZR011) so that the "fan control" controls the operation of the fan console and the "heater" so that it gives signal when the heat exceeds the desired setpoint. You get an early signal that the heat is too high in the application, and can then check the situation before it's too late.
When using a fan console with integrated thermostat, the use of an additional thermostat (eg KTS011) gives the extra security by activating a signal if necessary. overheating in case of fan failure.

Compact high performance fan tray designed for cooling air circulation in switch and server type 19" rack enclosures. Natural convection is improved and the formation of localised hot pockets is avoided. Also available with integrated thermostat.
When using in higly populated in 19" enclosures: We recommend using the fan tray without integrated thermostat in combination with our dual thermostat (ZR 011 - 01176.0-00) for regulating temperature in electronic enclosures and for protection against over-heating due to possible fan failure. The dual thermostat regulates the operation of the fan tray and – when connected to a signal device – also triggers an early warning if the enclosure interior temperature rises above a set limit. When using a fan tray with integrated thermostat, the use of an additional thermostat (KTS 011- 01147.9-00) provides the extra safety of activating a signal device.
