Oriental Motor - 90mm 40W quick reverse motor with right angle solid shaft gearbox

Standard induction AC motors from Oriental Motor. Single phase powered, with a friction plate at the rear of the motor for quick stopping and light holding.

Permanent friction allows for a maximum of 30 minute operation before cool down.

Suitable for short term quick stop applications, where the control of a closed loop system is not required.

The single phase motor uses a capacitor for start, with options covering many worldwide voltages.

A three-phase motor connects using an inverter drive, for speed control and high-torque available even at low speeds.

These high-performance motors have little speed reduction even under high loads, ensuring that stable speed control is possible

Suitable for short duty over a long life - typically 10,000 hours+ and with a compact construction, they are used on many applications.
