Industry Automation with OEM Automatic Ltd

After celebrating 30 years trading in the UK earlier this year, we are excited to be working alongside Datalogic as a long-standing Platinum partner during the Smart Factory exhibition 2019. You can visit us on stand A62 within the Industrial Automation zone.

Datalogic specialise in process automation within industry 4.0 concepts. Their new product lines include smart sensors, image-based scanners, vision technology and robot guidance. The new systems have been developed to support industry 4.0 concepts and are helping users to automatically control, process and track operations along their production lines.

In the complex world of industry 4.0, the digitalisation of processes is a chance for enterprises to streamline procedures and improve efficiency and quality. To reach high levels of accuracy, quality and traceability, automated data capture, sensor and machine vision technologies play a key role.

With manufacturers looking to optimise their operations by the data they are now able to collect, having a tailored product offering has never been so important. What sets OEM apart from other component suppliers is our industry expertise and ability to provide complete solutions.

At this year’s Smart Factory Exhibition, held at the Liverpool Exhibition Centre on the 13th – 14th November, we will be showcasing our latest range of I-O Link sensors and everything Industry 4.0.

Our new generation of sensors will feature Datalogic’s new ASIC, the IO-Link master device, available for Profinet and Ethernet-IP fieldbus connection, that will enable the S5N sensor and all the future Datalogic smart sensors to be connected from the machine to the cloud.

The range renewal begins with Datalogic's bestselling M18 tubular sensor line, which will be integrated into the new S5N product line with ASIC technology, becoming the first tubular sensor family with IO-Link V1.1 and smart sensor profile in the world.

The new S5N sensors have set the technical benchmark for IO-Link connected M18 sensors turning into a reference point for the Industry 4.0 connected world.

Another key focus area for our sales team is ‘traceability’ within factory automation. When it comes to ensuring traceability throughout the manufacturing process and beyond into the supply chain, the world’s leading players in manufacturing use Datalogic’s products.

We’re very excited about showcasing the latest innovations with Datalogic at Smart Factory and hope to see you there.
